Cargill (Maret 2017)

  • Execute recruiting support for respective Business Units / Functions to meet fast-growing talent recruitment needs
  • Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process and develop an effective candidate pipeline for all positions including senior management positions through multiple sourcing channels
  • Conduct in-take sessions, screening and interviews of candidates as well as perform detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates
  • Manage the entire offer process including presentation, selection, negotiation and ensuring successful placements
  • Stay informed of external market trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to have a competitive edge
  • Participation in campus recruitment roadshows, career talks and drive internships program
  • Drive recruitment process enhancement
  • Provide timely and quality services of “employee life cycle” management to Business Units and Functions; including induction, transfers and resignation/termination
  • Track, maintain and do monthly& annual reporting on all recruitment metric as well responsible for all other HR reporting
  • Proactively conduct research and investigate new methods of finding passive candidates including: complex internet searches, social and professional networking groups, blogs, diversity resources, competitor research and the development of existing candidate relationships. Evaluate and identify key skills and abilities needed to fill critical roles
  • Execute strategies utilized to source passive, qualified individuals for specific roles
  • Build a pipeline of talent for each functional areas supported
  • Execute talent mapping whenever required
  • Leverage proven sourcing networks, processes and technology to find “rabbit in a hat”. Including, but not limited to:
a. Social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
b. Job boards
c. Direct phone calls
d. CRM and ATS tools
e. Other creative solutions
  • Special Projects
  • Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in strategic recruiting function with MNCs and/or search firms
  • Proven track record of highly successful placements from entry level positions up to senior management positions
  • Experience in campus recruitment
  • Technical knowledge in building sourcing strategies using a variety of means including leveraging competitive resources, networking, data mining Internet tools, web sites and social media experience (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc)
  • Ability to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
  • Experience in data mining, lead generation and candidate research.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines and drive results
  • Strategic and customer oriented and has a 'can-do' attitude
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and negotiation, influencing and collaboration skills
  • Good working knowledge of full spectrum of HR
  • Knowledgeable in governmental laws and regulations in the area of Singapore employment
  • Strong ability and capability to learn new processes / methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in an administrative or recruiting environment

  • Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of database tracking
